SOLAR PANEL INSTALLER REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred)
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools: screwdriver, wrenches, socket tools
  • Legal documents for work in the EU
  • Physically fit and ready to travel
  • No experience? We will train you on site

ELECTRICIAN REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of electrical work experience (especially in solar or industrial installations)
  • Knowledge of safety rules and standards (EU regulations)
  • Ability to connect and configure solar panel systems (DC & AC sides)
  • Skills in reading electrical diagrams and layout plans
  • Understanding of inverters, string connections, and grounding systems
  • Basic cable management and labeling
  • Electrician certificate (preferred)
